This is a very easy no bake dessert that can serve the cravings of a sweet tooth very effectively. The calorie count is also less when compared to other desserts because of the presence of many assorted fruits. It is truly yummy to the last scoop. Enjoy!
Ingredients
3 pieces vanilla wafers
1 egg
1/2 powdered sugar
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 banana
4 Dates
A handful of seedless green grapes
Whipping cream-2 tbsp
Chocolate syrup for garnishing
Method
Crush vanilla wafers and spread them on the bottom of a pan. Separate eggs. Beat whites and set aside.
Mix together powdered sugar, butter, egg yolks and vanilla( And a few drops of chocolate syrup if you want). Fold in egg whites and spread over crumbs. Spread dates over it. Slice bananas and layer over it. Cut grapes in half and put cut side down over bananas. Spread whipped cream over bananas and top with chocolate syrup. Refrigerate overnight.
