This is a not-so-common Ice cream recipe using a variety ingredient, avocado. Avocado is a very healthy and nutritious fruit and including it in your diet makes you quite healthy and can boost your immune system. But if you are like me, you wont like its raw bland taste. This is a perfect dessert recipe to consume avocado and I am sure that everyone would ask for a second helping.

1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup condensed milk
1 tbsp Cornflour
White Sugar if needed

Directions

Mash avocado with an electric mixer, or use a food processor. Blend in the milk, cornflour, condensed milk, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Chill for about 20 minutes before serving.

Easy Vanilla Icecream

There are lot of icecream varieties available. It is always a difficult task to choose the best one. But for me, a vanilla icecream is always the King of all. I believe that no other flavour would match the richness and taste of a simple classic vanilla flavour. It can be made very easily at home. There are different methods by which it can be made. Some people use eggs, some use condensed milk. But this method has always been my way of making it and it tastes great.
Ingredients
White sugar as per your taste.
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups milk
1 tbsp Corn flour
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions
Stir sugar, cream, and milk into a saucepan over low heat until sugar has dissolved. Heat just until mix is hot and a small ring of foam appears around the edge.
Transfer cream mixture to a container. Stir in vanilla extract and corn flour and mix thoroughly. Freeze for 3-4 hours. (Overnight is best.)

Chocolate Icecream

I dont think there is anyone who doesnt like icecreams. And when it is Chocolate, that is an added bonus. All of us in our family like icecreams. Till now I've made only vanilla icecreams or custard. This time i tried out chocolate icecream and it became perfect. It was super tasty. I didnt chill it much because I wanted my little boy to eat it too. Try it.
Ingredients
½ cup sweetened condensed milk
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup fresh cream.
Milk-1/4 cup
Corn flour- 1heaped tbsp
Sugar- Only if needed
Vanilla essence-Few drops.
Instructions
Pour sweetened condensed milk in a bowl and sift in half of the unsweetened cocoa powder. Stir until combined. Sift in the remaining half cocoa powder and corn flour and whisk until homogeneously mixed.
Then whip 1 cup of whipping cream until stiff. Transfer the  whipped cream into the cocoa powder and sweetened condensed milk mixture  and whisk until well mixed. Doing this, the batter should be thinned out. Pour in milk and sugar if needed and stir well. Add vanilla essence and stir.
Transfer the batter into a container and cover with a plastic wrap. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until completely frozen.

Fallooda

INGREDIENTS
Basil seeds – 2 teaspoons
Milk – 1½ cups
Sugar – 2 tablespoons
Falooda Sev – handful
Rose Syrup – 2 tablespoons
Ice cream – 2 scoops(i used vanilla and strawberry flavour)
INSTRUCTIONS
Soak basil seeds in the water for at least 30 minutes. Drain them.
Meanwhile take milk and sugar in the pan. Let it come to a boil on medium heat. And then lower the heat and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes. Then chill it in the refrigerator.
Make the falooda sev as per package instruction. (How I did – take some water in a pan, let it come to a rolling boil. Add falooda sev, let it cook for 4-5 minutes. Drain it and rinse it with cold water immediately to stop further cooking. using kitchen scissors, cut them into approx 1 inch pieces, so it will be easier to eat later.)
Take two glasses. Add basil seeds to it.
Then on top add cooked falooda sev.
Then add 1 tablespoon of rose syrup in each glass.
Pour the milk in it. Some basil seeds will float on top. You can layer them as per your creativity.
Then add a scoop of ice cream. Garnish with almonds.
