Fluffy Greek Scrambled Egg

Scrambled eggs are a very common english breakfast.  This classic Greek favourite adds a little zest to the standard breakfast. The presence of cheese and pepper makes it a deliciously awesome dish. Though humble in origin it is made into a regal dish with very less efforts. Enjoy!

Ingredients

1⁄2 tablespoon butter

2 eggs

1⁄4 cup crumbled feta cheese

salt and pepper 

Green chilly-1

Directions

Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Beat eggs, then pour into pan. Add chopped green chilly.
Add feta cheese, and cook, stirring occasionally to scramble.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve hot.
