Double Chocolate Vanilla shake

Ingredients
Heavy cream
Vanilla essence
Dark chocolate scraped
Vanilla icecream
Chocolate icecream
Chocolate sauce
Cold milk
Bitter sweet chocolate for garnishing
Method
Whisk 1/2 cup heavy cream (ideally extra-cold)and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until stiff peaks form, set aside. Combine 1/2 cup cold whole milk and 1/4 cup chocolate sauce in a blender and add 1 cup chocolate ice cream, blend until smooth to make a shake.
Fill a glass one-quarter of the way with dark chocolate scraped, then add chocolate shake, add some cream, then more shake, then cream and layer it as per your wish. Finish with a dollop of vanilla icecream and garnish with grated bittersweet chocolate.
