Soft and chewy Caramel Candy

Ingredients
1½ sticks butter
½ cup sugar
sweetened condensed milk
a pinch of salt
½ teaspoon vanilla essence.
Instructions
In a medium sized pan, add butter and sugar( and salt only if needed)and stir over medium heat until melted. Stir in condensed milk.
Bring to a boil and then decrease to simmer 7-10 minutes or until mixture achieves deep golden color, stirring constantly.
Pour caramel into a greased pan and allow to cool completely.
When completely cooled, make toffee rolls and wrap it up.
