Masala Pomfret Fry

Ingredients:
1.Fish- 3 medium sized
2.Salt to taste
3.Ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
4.Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
5. Kashmiri chilli powder-11/2 tbsp
6.Egg mixture- 1 egg
7.Corn flour- 1/2 tbsp
8.Maida- 1 tsp
9.Oil for deep frying
10.Red chilli paste- 1/4 tsp(or paprika flakes)
11.Curry leaves
12. Green chilly -2
13.Soya sauce-1 tsp
14.Curd-1 1/2 tbsl
15.Coriander powder- 1/2 tbsp
16.Pepper -1 tsp
17.Coriander leaves
18.Lemon juice
Preparation:
1.Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients(Except curry leaves,green chilly, coriander leaves and lemon juice) in required quantity.Cover the fish completely in the masala batter and keep aside for atleast 30 minutes.
2.Now deep fry the fish pieces till it turns golden brown in colour. ( Put a few curry leaves and green chilly in the oil when the fish is being fried) Pour a few drops of lemon juice over the fried fish. Garnish with coriander leaves and lemon slices. Serve hot.
