Egg Sardine Melange

Ingredients
1/4 cup of green peas and carrots boiled
1 tomato chopped
2 cans of sardines
3eggs
1 capsicum
2 Green chilly
1/2 teaspoon chilly powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
An onion
salt
Lemon juice- 1 tsp
Method
First, chop the onion and  then fry it in any cooking oil of your choice.
Then saute the chopped tomatoes, capsicum, green chilly and
then add the sardines, eggs and boiled vegetables, then add the seasoning masalas- salt etc
and mix everything. Cook for another minute.Add lemon juice and switch off the flame.  Enjoy warm.
