Ingredients
Black sesame seeds - 250g
Jaggery -150g
Ghee - 2 tsp
Water - 1/4 cup

Method
Wash sesame seeds and roast them with 1 tsp of ghee in a pan until they start to burst.
Heat a pan and melt jaggery along with 1/4 cup of water. Strain it with a strainer.
Add roasted sesame along with 1 tsp ghee to the melted jaggery and mix it well.
When it cools a little, make it into small balls.
Tasty ellunda is ready.
