Ingredients:
All purpose flour = 2cups
Melted butter = 5 Tbsp
1 pinch of salt
1 egg
Baking powder = 2 Tsp
1 Tbsp lime juice
Water
Oil for frying
Sugar syrup or Honey( Enough to immmerse the griwechs properly and cover it completely)
Sesame seeds for garnish

Preparation:
Combine flour, salt and baking powder. Make a well in the middle and pour the melted butter (warm), Lime juice and egg. Work vigorously, then gradually mix the water until the dough is smooth and easy to flatten.
Divide the dough into small balls, flatten each ball to 2 mm thick (not too thin and not too thick), cut with roulette and form each piece in the following way: Move the index between strips 1,3,5, leaving strips 2 and 4 on the other side of the finger.
Then take the upper left corner between two rows of strips and pull gently to get the desired shape.
Put oil in a frying pan and wait a little until the oil is warm, then put the griwech cook on both sides.
Let the griwech drain from the oil.
Immerse them in warm sugar syrup. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
