Dry Shredded Chilly Chicken

A chilly chicken is a mouth watering indo-chinese recipe. We usually use boneless or bone in chicken for its preparation. Here I'm using shredded chicken and i believe that it has helped the dish to absorb all the flavours of the spices and sauces. Stir frying the cooked chicken in Oil gives it a more satisfactory taste when compared to the usual chilly chicken dishes with gravy. So try it out and i'm sure that this one would become the star chicken dish in your homes.
Ingredients
Chicken 1/2 kg

turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
chilly powder if required
tomato sauce 2 Tbsp
soya sauce 1 Tbsp
