This is a very easy dish which can be eaten with chappathi, idli, dosa or even with biryani. We can even use it as a substitute for a pickle. Brinjal is very tasty even when it is simply cooked with salt and turmeric. The juicy, slightly mushy texture of brinjal makes it perfect for this dish. And hey,, good news to all my health conscious friends.. it can reduce cholestrol levels too. So what are you waiting for.. Grab a brinjal and try this recipe now.
