Pazham Ada

It's a very easy dish which iI make very often. It can be made as a breakfast item or even as a tea time snack. It can also be served as a snack to school for kids. It is an easy and best way to finish off your over ripened bananas.
Ingredients
Banana/ robusta or palayanthodan pazham- 2
Sugar as required
Salt -a smallpinch
Coconut scraped- 2-3 tbsps
Wheat flour-1 cup
Method
Mash the bananas. Add sugar 3-4 tbsp and mix in.
Add the salt and coconut scraped to this and mix well.
Now add the wheat flour 1 tbsp at a time and mix it in till u get a thick batter.
Set this aside for 10 minutes.
Heat a non stick pan. Pour half of-the batter to the pan & spread it evenly with the back of a spoon or with wet hands. It should have the thickness of a paratha.
Cover & cook this on medium heat till the bottom is slightly browned.   Turn the Ada and cook the other side without covering till slightly browned. Transfer to a plate and serve hot.
